Adding non-traditional birthdays in iOS Contacts

I want to add a second birthday to a contact but it will only show up Islamic, Hebrew, or Chinese calendars dating. Sometimes people will have, "a birthday," for being sober. Another one is, my son was born right around 911 and I wanna put in 911's date as a birthday so I can remember how close he was to that disaster happening. Another second birthday might be a half birthday like little children or older people might want to celebrate six months later of their birthday. I think we should have this option in our iOS. I am using an iPhone 12, with iOS version 18.5.

You seem to be talking about anniversaries. You can add them. However, they won't be automatically added to your calendar. If it were me, I'd just add these dates to my calendar are recurring events.
