How to disable persistent bedtime reminders on iPhone without the Health app?

Recently this relentless message keeps popping up. I’ve not set it up. I don’t have the health app. I’ve never set up the health app. There’s nothing in alarms/clock or reminders or calendar (which I don’t use). How do I turn it off? It’s incredibly intrusive and obstructive: “Sleep time? Your bedtime reminders are on. You have about 1 hour left until 05:00.”

It’s a function in the YouTube app. I’m sure I’ve never turned that on. Ive turned it off now: in the YouTube mobile app, tap the profile picture, selecting time watched. Then I turned off the 2 options circled in the picture.

Thank you. How strange. I can’t see anything that knows I get up at 5am. Maybe it’s YouTube, but I can’t imagine how YouTube knows I get up at 5am. Nevertheless I’ve turned off some new Siri toggle buttons that have appeared in the YouTube app controls. The pop-up seems to come on when I’m YouTube. I hardly have any apps. Let’s see if that works. Give it a day or two. If I don’t update, please feel invited to nudge me. But I want to let you know either way if it works.
