Safari preventing access to music files on MacBook Pro

I click on a file and I get this message about the horrible "safari cannot open page." Safari is the worst browser ever, why MAC uses this POS is beyond reason, however, I cannot open this music file because of this horrible browser not letting me access MY PAID MUSIC.
