Coparenting autonomy while kids keep AppleID the same

can I change which family the child is on easily, like on a weekly basis?

coparenting and looking for how to switch between parental controls without the either parent seeing settings at the other home & the child having to log in / out all the time or use separate IDs & have to repurchase Apps

Need family settings that can account for 2 separate households.
