Sharing "Music" on my iphone and with Alexa devices

I have successfully moved my music library from my old computer to my new(er) computer. The songs are all showing up and playing on the computer using "Music"

However, I can't get them on my phone or by asking Alexa to play on my echos.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.7
