Upgrade to Windows 11-problem with ICloud and One Drive not allowing

I have Windows 10 and need to upgrade to Windows 11 but my Windows 10 Computer is not compatible. I need to enable Secure Boot on my computer and I need to enable the UEFI/BIOS but I can't seem to do that because of the ICloud and One Drive. One Drive is saying I must turn off ICloud? This is confusing I just want to make my computer compatible to be able to Download Windows 11. Any suggestions

This is a more a question to seek help from Microsoft, not an iPhone forum. But I'd just delete iCloud from your computer. It's been a while since I had a Windows PC, but if you open apps or programs, then right click on iCloud, you should have an option to uninstall it.
