Unable to reconnect my Apple Watch to Wi-Fi after reset

I forgot my password to my watch and reset the entire thing as i was told to. I keep trying to pair it but since i can't connect it to the wifi i can't update it and it won't let me pair the watch to my phone at all. it keeps stopping saying i need to connect it to the wifi when i cant. please help
