How can I change my default email on iPhone XS running iOS 18.5?

Hello! My mail app is showing wrong e-mail address as default and i can’t edit because grey.. . But when i tap on addressess is show the correct e-mail..

I tried every method and reinstalled the mail app and my phone but nothing changed ☹️

somebody have any idea?
