You can use Cisdem AppCrypt - that’s what I use on my daughter’s MacBook.

She used to stay up late playing online games. At first, I tried using a Chrome extension to block gaming websites. But she can easily bypass the blocking by simply removing the extension.

Then I tried AppCrypt. It’s a dedicated parental control app with password protection, so kids can’t uninstall it or change settings without your permission.

It has a schedule feature, allowing you to limit the amount of time your kids can spend on gaming sites each day. You can also choose to block gaming permanently.
