iPad 6th generation payment not completed family sharing working on another iPad
We have two daughters with an iPad each one 6th generation and the other 9th. They are minor setup on a family sharing account. Our 6th gen iPad is throwing an error in the App Store “payment not completed”. The other iPad is not running into an issue and our phones on the parental account is also not having issues. We have ensured the payment information is up to date, the operating system is up to date, shipping information is up to date and have tried restarting with no luck. Please advise.
