Songs in playlists favorited when I "pause" using spacebar

This topic has been brought up before, but still no fix from apple.

We need a fix for this issue in which songs are favorited when attempting to pause a track in a playlist by pressing spacebar.

What MacOS version are you using?
Do you have Keyboard Navigation turned on at  > System Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Navigation?

I can confirm that is not the case for me when I pause a song in a playlist using the space bar with Mac OS 15.5, but I don't use Keyboard Navigation. With it on it does as you describe, so do you have Keyboard Navigation turned on for some reason?.
