How long photos and videos remains in icloud when subscription cancelled

When the subscription of 200gb i uploaded upto 150gb of files include photo and videos and I cancelled the subscription and it shows 5gb storage full, if we open the icloud many years later then the photos and video remains there or it will be deleted because of storage full
