Locked account for Apple Music share with family without an Apple Device
I have a shared family account with 4 main users/devices. I also have/had an email account (gmail) on the shared family account that is used to listen to apple music on a google home device in my kitchen so anyone in the house can play music without messing with the rest of the family's apple music algorithm or trying to connect four accounts to one speaker. It's not connected to an apple device, it's just an email account linked to the google home app to play music through the kitchen google home device. Apple disabled this account, access is denied, and when I tried to ask support to unlock, they said they'd unlock the account ( it never happened) and they also blocked me from removing the now locked account or adding any new accounts to the shared family account.
Anyone got any ideas? Support seems to be lacking.
