safari tabs not transferred after restoring

iPhone OLD was back up via my laptop.

Data was restored/transferred onto iPhone NEW

i had about 25 open tabs in Safari on OLD, however that have to transferred to NEW

how do I get access to these tabs since they are very crucial I get them for a personal matter.

reviewing the Safari history is not an idea since it only allows to go back a certain time frame
