Let’s Meditate app crashes on my iPhone 15 Pro Max

I'd really like this app to function properly, but it's not I have tried running it on my 9th Gen iPad and my iPhone 15 Pro Max, both of which are on up to date iOS versions. I have deleted the app and reloaded it several times after simply closing the app and/or restarting the devices had no effect.

The problems manifest in three different ways.

  1. The guided meditations on occasion will say they have downloaded but I don't get a play button to start them. Closing the app and restarting works sometimes/
  2. The meditations will play part way through but willl sometimes pause without any input from me and will not resume when I try to resume
  3. The meditations will play part way through and without any input, they will start over at random points

I used this app for quite a while on a competing mobile device platform prior to switching to Apple. This is my first attempt to use it on iOS and I'm very disappointed with the performance of this app. I have yet to see a way to contact the developer through the App Store. Can anyone tell me how to contact them? Is anybody else having the same issues with this app?

My thanks for any answers in advance!

Well, as a Developer of some of the applications Apple

may allow to be chosen; among others, for use within

Apple systems. The Company could (or not) may have

a position to communicate, or ask changes to be made.

As this Apple Support Community, we as users do not

have any bearing on those Developer's, products, or

any opinion: Voicing those, outside Developer Forum

is against the Apple Support Community rules.

(To join the Developer Community to ask, would be the

fortuitous means from here, to try & get a reply, there.)

So given there are rules about conduct and outside the

Developer community where rules Differ from Support

community; my suggestion would be to Join Developer

Community, so you may have a voice at their table.

There, you might be able to also get some kind of answer

to specific questions, about topics we are not allowed to

discuss in this one. These are details we/you are held to.

And as participants here, we are only Volunteers who've

no direct association, or compensation from Apple Inc.

i appreciate the reply!

from what I saw at the link you have me, the only way to reach him is through other sites that I have no interest in joining such as that cesspool X. I have looked in the app for direct contact info but so far all I get is a screen with an unhelpful survey.

While an attempt to answer your question this seemingly

and automatically, logged me out of Apple discussions.

Takes some effort with multiple windows open on desktop

to save whatever you can, from those untouched browser

screens I had left open; to try & save, to reuse found links!

What’s new for Apple developers - Apple Developer

Apple Developer Program - Apple Developer

Support - Apple Developer

Apple Developer Forums

Guidelines - App Store - Apple Developer

Account:

https://developer.apple.com/account/

So the 'topic of developers' or stumbling across a Link

as occurs by happenstance, actively tries to log-me-in!

Copy and pasting those, makes them active, at times.

And to go to one of three browser pages, not affected

and re-login from a new one there; can save me time.

Hope this effort to show how to start a new Developer

account, will not result in renewed misery while trying!
