I am experiencing screen burn on my MacBook Air 2020 M1

My MacBook Air 2020, recently updated to macOS Sequoia 15.4, is experiencing significant screen burn, particularly with the dock where it's most severe, and faint outlines of the status icons. Even though it's an LCD panel and relatively new, these issues persist, and I desperately need a solution that doesn't require a screen replacement. It once was overheating. And one time it was overheating because the battery capacity is 78% but still I can’t handle it
