Spam from my personal email address
I received a spam/phising email from my own email address. I did report the issue to Apple via their phising email; however, now I wonder if my email address will be flagged or shut off by Apple.

Bob is right. In the example below, the email looked like it came from my email address. But when I opened it and tapped on the name of the sender, it showed who the mail was really from. This screen also allowed me to block that sender.

The email did not actually come from your email address. It is more likely your email was spoofed by the actual sender of the email. Spammers often use email address spoofing to prevent recipients from blocking the real email address of the sender/spammer.
Bob and Carol: I checked the sender as your comments suggested before I posted here: it legit is my email address from which the spam/phishing originated. I did try the Block sender option and it blocked me from receiving my own emails (from me).

Of course if you blocked emails that contain your email address as the from address emails from you will be blocked. This does not mean the email actually came from your address. Again, the sender "spoofed" your email address so that it looks like the email came from you.
