I boot my MacBook Pro5,5 2009 to Lubuntu 22.04, and I wanted to boot it back to macOS High Sierra iso. But I am having hard time to use the virtualbox machine. Please I need help to get back to my MacBook Pro

I would always boot Recovery with Command-Option-R too, to get the latest supported version with a. Mac. Trying to boot Recovery with Command-R for older versions increases the difficulties involved.
