OBS video recording skips after 10-15 minutes on MacBook Air M3 with OBSBOT camera

Ok. So I have a 2024 15 inch MacBook Air M3 Chip with 24GB of RAM.

I am inside a freight truck trying to do mid long forms of video recording for YouTube

I have a full set up mobile production studio With a great microphone, a Tiny OBSBOT 4k camera.

I am using OBS, along with a 2nd display, have all the drivers and add one I need to produce what I am looking for.

Recording in OBS is set at 60,000 KPS Webcam records at MP4 and second screen as MKV and my aim is to produce 1080p videos. 1920x1080 canvases

However the problem I am running into is the cameras both hard installed and the OBSBOT will record just fine for about 10 or 15 minutes but after that the video recorded begins to skip on playback after recording.

What am I not seeing? My memory and CPU aren’t over clocking, sure the camera gets a little hot, and the laptop connections to the 2nd display get warm, of which I supplement with a cold non wet blanket?

It is highly frustrating seeing people stream for hours upon hours and not a hitch yet I record a simple 20 or 30 minutes video and I just wasted my time.
