Apple Watch Series 10 not showing as data source in Health app

How do you add series 10 watch as a data source. Lists my Iphone only

Did you pair your watch to the iPhone, using the same Apple Account?

Yes, I only have one account. I am looking at the mobilty info and the info only reads from the iPhone for stride, asymetry etc. Apple Watch is recording steps but not capturing these metrics.
