no internet connection on tv , laptop or phone

I have no internet connection in my home for 3 days! Tv, laptop or phone. It went out for no reason!

Have called Xfinity 5 times! Was promised a call back in 24-58 minutes…NO CALL BACK!

Have tried every setting. My home screen says connected, but the next says NOT CONNECTED! What can I do?

if it was me the I would try to pull the plug on the wifi router for 30sec and reconnect it and let it start up

if that would not work then I would expect it being an issue in your isp's end or a defect wifi router.
