I was trying to update my mac to the sequoia macos but wasn’t able to and now i’m trying to go back to my mac account and delete everything but it keeps showing me the that on the picture please help i need to do work!!!

The image is blurry, but the icon captions appear to be in something other than English. Can you translate them for us, or post a larger image?

NOTE that there are TWO sets of instructions in that link: one is for M-series Apple Silicon Macs, and another for older Intel-powered Macs.
We cannot tell what Mac you have without details only you can provide. Details gets you specific options here instead of generalities. Is your Mac even capable of upgrading to Sequoia?
Also, true Macbooks were discontinued in 2019 and cannot run any higher macOS than OS 12 "Ventura." Perhaps you have a Macbook Pro or Macbook Air?
