War Thunder is known to take up a significant amount of storage, and there’s nothing you can do to reduce that except uninstalling. If you hope to uninstall, you would need your parents on their Apple device to go to Settings > Screen Time > [your name] > Content and Privacy Restrictions > iTunes and App Store Purchases > Set Deleting Apps to Allow.
