Apple Watch Activity Not Being Recorded

I have an Apple Watch SE 1st Gen that I use every day. Recently, it suddenly stopped recording activity, as in my rings are not being updated on my iPhone. Every time I open the Fitness app, no activity is being recorded. No rings, no workouts, no nothing. Does anyone know what is going on and if you need something from me?
