Apple Music is deactivated after renewing subscription via my MTN SIM

i renewed my Apple Music subscription via my MTN SIM on Wednesday the 25th of June and on MTN end I have an active subscription however my Apple Music is still deactivated and I’m unable to use it. Please what do I do?
