Apple Music is disabled in settings, but searches still open Apple Music instead of my library

In my iphone settings I have Apple Music service disabled, but when i search for an album or artist, it sends me to the Apple Music service instead of my library. It's so irritating. Why have the option to disable it, if it's going to default to it?

Any way to fix this?
