How to Transfer Music Files to Apple Watch SE using MacBook

I can't Transfer Music Files to Apple Watch Using MacBook. And I can't use the iPhone because I always don't have it with me.

Apple Watch SE, watchOS 11

Looking at the thread again, it appears that you do have a Phone. Just not one that's with you all of the time.



You will need the iPhone to change the selection of music on the Apple Watch, but not to play a selection, once loaded.

Apple Watches have always been designed for use with iPhones – not for use as completely standalone devices.

Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone - Apple Support

"To use your Apple Watch, you need to pair it with your iPhone."


They can operate fairly independently once set up – some Apple Watches can even take and place cellular calls – but they need to have associated iPhones. That's true whether you're an Apple Music subscriber or not.
