Apple music on my windows 11 pc is unresponsive

I cannot load, play or even sign into Apple Music on my windows pc. I have checked the Wi-Fi, hardware and software requirements and updates, all drivers are up-to-date, and yet every time I open Apple Music on my pc, nothing appears or loads. I click sign in, and it either does nothing or it gives an error saying "failed to load"

What could be the cause of this?
