Unable to add administrator with 'Read&Write' privilege on Macintosh HD Info tab

I can't add myself/administrator with "Read&Write" privilege on my Macintosh HD Info tab. When I try to to add myself in the unlocked Get Info it says in a popup that I don't have the necessary permissions. My Mac min OS12.7.6

The "Macintosh HD" volume is complex with part of it being on a read-only signed & sealed volume. No one can modify its permissions....besides it would not matter even if you could as macOS would still not recognize it.

Signed system volume security - Apple Support

You can only modify items located within the "/Users" folder or on your external drives. Even within your home user folder, there may be items which you cannot modify due to deeper privacy & security features within macOS. Basically if you did not create or move a file/folder yourself, then you may not have any permissions to modify it or its permissions.
