Persistent 'Turn on Bluetooth to allow "Logitech Control" to connect accessories' on iPad Air

May I ask why do I keep receiving this despite not attaching my Logitech keyboard on my iPad Air? It’s so annoying as I keep receiving this every 2 seconds after selecting “close”

How can I prevent this to keep happening

They (Logitech app) need to consider that not all of us want to have Bluetooth turned on all the time on our iPads (especially because if I do, it doesn't let my AirPod Pros connect to Win11, or switches randomly to the iPad from my iPhone etc). So unless I'm using Bluetooth accessories (AirPods, or the Apple Pencil) I turn it off. It's also weird because the Logitech keyboard I'm using uses the smart connector, and works without Bluetooth!

In other words these pop ups are annoying and unnecc. for my usecase, and wish I could disable them somehow. (Although today I only had 2 pop ups, instead of constant ones, so maybe they fixed it to a certain degree)

Note: I've had this issue on iPad Pro M2
