Apple Cash Verification Stuck on Loop

I been using apple cash for a while now, over 2-3 years. Randomly today when i received a payment from my friend, i saw it was pending. So i went to accept it, it said i needed to verify identity. However once i enter my SSN and DOB in and press next, it js loops back to the beginning of asking my name. I've seen multiple threads on this dating back years. Does anyone know the issue or fix for this? Ive tried turning apple cash on and off, and restarting my phone.
