I have a solution to try that seemed to work for dozens of people. Go to Settings > Scroll down to Apps > App Store > Scroll down to Offload Unused Apps and turn it on. Then Force Restart your iPhone. Once turned back on turn it off. Force Restart your iPhone again.

Force Restart procedure iPhone:

  • Press and quickly release Volume Up Button
  • Press and quickly release Volume Down Button
  • Press and hold Side Button until you see the Apple Logo

If that doesn’t work go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Drive > Turn it off, Force Restart your iPhone, then turn it back on.
