How do I report unauthorized iTunes charges on my account?

I have noticed several charges from iTunes on my bank statements, but I have never used the iTunes app or made any purchases through it. I am concerned that someone may be using my card without my permission.

Could you please help me identify who is making these transactions and stop any further charges? I would also appreciate any information on how to prevent this from happening again.

Thank you for your assistance.

If it were me, the first thing I would do is contact my credit card company to get more information on these charges. Apple really cannot do much here. There are charges to iTunes using the credit card you have on file. Apple cannot stop further charges to that card because you have authorized that card for use on your account. Could anyone else have your Apple account login information? Are there any non-Apple charges to that card?

You can try contacting iTunes support using the steps below.

To contact iTunes Support, do this:

1. Click on this link --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

3. Select: Billing & Subscriptions

4. Select: Subscriptions & Purchases

5. Select: Update payment method

6. Select a chat session or a phone call.
