Open and Save Panel Service, Preview, and Browser File Selecting Not Responding

The process gets stuck whenever I remove or paste a file on any UI (Finder, VSCode, Desktop, etc., either clicking the file menu or dragging and dropping) and never finishes (the only solution that works for me is the `rm` command using Terminal). The same happens when I click any webpage to open the MicroFinder. The window never pops up, and the browser gets stuck.

I am also unable to open any file using the Preview app. It gets stuck forever. My current solution is to drag files to Chrome to view them.

The Activity Monitor can show the unresponsive processes and force them to quit.

I've attached the EtreProCheck report. The report, however, mentions a major issue regarding unsigned files and apps. However, I don't think that's the issue because they are all well-known and have existed before the problem appeared:
