Will canceling iCloud+ with 2 TB storage result in data loss after purchasing Apple ONE?

I just purchased Apple ONE. If I cancel my subscription for iCloud+ with 2 TB storage will I lose everything up in the Cloud? Since I purchased Apple one, I no longer need iCloud+, correct?

If you’ve subscribed to Apple One, you no longer need a separate iCloud+ plan—Apple One includes iCloud storage (50 GB, 200 GB, or 2 TB depending on your tier). When you activate Apple One, your individual iCloud+ subscription is automatically canceled, and your storage seamlessly transitions without data loss. As long as the iCloud storage included in Apple One meets or exceeds your current usage, all your data remains safe. If your usage exceeds the new limit, syncing may pause, but your data won't be deleted immediately.
