I reset my Air M2 to factory because I couldn't get FileVault to un-encrypt. I lost my Logic Pro X. How do I get it back? (I backed up my stems to an external drive, not the issue)

Unless you know someone who has a copy or you backed it up yourself, you will not be able to roll back easily.
You need the correct OS to download a specific version of Logic Pro. For example, the minimum requirement for Logic Pro version 10.8 is macOS "Ventura" v13.5 or later.

Assuming you purchased it via the App Store, just open the App Store app on your Mac, sign into your account, and re-download/reinstall Logic Pro from there.
Also, have you tried to log into the APP Store and find it there? You will have to be logged in with the same Apple ID used to purchase Logic Pro initially.
