There are many possibilities.
Maybe you have accidentally set Transpose in the Region Inspector. Click into an empty spot in the Main Window, make sure no region is selected, then look in the Region Inspector.
Maybe you've accidentally activated transpose on your keyboard.
Maybe your keyboard is sending Pitch bend data...
