How can I disable Safari crash reports on iMac?

Hey There

I press Apple Q and there's a spinning beachball and I press force quit and there's a problem you quit safari because of a problem so how to turn off the crash report and Don't Send or Send to Apple for Report. What does send a report to Apple means??????
