Why am I getting no response when attempting to recycle my Apple Card

I have tried 3 times so far filling out the Apple Card recycle form request. Every time it tells me a recycling partner will email yet I have never received any email or packing/shipping information or materials. I was told by support to simply try again, which didn’t work, or take my card to an Apple Store. I’d there any way to get a response and a shipping label/packing materials?
