This is not Apple Support. The communities are a public discussion forum for fellow users to connect and assist each other. This also is not live chat. It uses email notifications.
What kind of payment code are you looking for? Apple really doesn’t use any codes. How do I know this? I’m a former store manger. If you can provide more details, I can probably point you in the right direction.
