Touch ID isn't unlocking mac from sleep before touching keyboard or touchpad

I have Macbook Pro 16 (2019) on intel CPU and Macbook Pro 14 (2021) on M1 Pro.

When I leave Macbook Pro 16 (2019) open on charge maybe for 6 hours - it's turn off screen and goes to sleep. When I try to unlock it with Touch ID:

I just put my finger on it - screen is turning on and everything is OK.

Macbook Pro 14 (2021)

I leave it open on charge maybe for 6 hours - it's turn off screen and goes to sleep. Two equal situations.

But when I put my finger on TouchID sensor nothing happens. I need to push any key on keyboard or push touchpad.

Does someone know how to turn Macbook Pro 14 (2021) to Macbook Pro 16 (2019) benavior?

I just want to unlock my mac by touching Touch ID without any other steps...

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 15.5
