Unable to access student discount for iPad purchase due to UNiDAYS app not recognizing school

I want to purchase iPad for my niece. So I tried to provide his school details on the UNiDAYS app. But UNiDAYS app does not have tieup with that school. So I am not able to purchase through student discount.

this is not fair practise.

how do I proceed?
