You didn't give us much information, and that AI mind reading app is still in development. Until that's ready, it would help if you tell us
- Have you tried a forced restart on your iPhone?

This is different from a simple Power Off. I had to continue holding the button down past the "slide to power off" message, and then I released the button only after the Apple Logo appeared indicating a re-start.
- Are you using iCloud Photos to synchronize your devices?
- Do you have “Optimize Storage” checked in Photos’ Settings
- If you're using iCloud Photos, what do you see at iCloud.com? Are the same "stuck" pictures there, as well?
- Are these stuck pictures different? Were they taken on your phone, or did they come from a web site or from a computer?
- Did you delete these with the trash can and then go to Recently Deleted?
- Where do these pictures come back? Do they appear in the same album they were in previously?
- Has this problem always existed, or did it just start? Can you think of anything that changed that might affect your device?
