Webpage was reloaded because it was using significant memory on the safari


Hey There,


The webpage was reloaded because it was using significant memory. Why did the safari has significant memory. I am going to clear some images and videos on the desktop also apps and many as well! even delete the cookies and caches on a safari okay?

Something that the particular web page was doing was requiring substantial resources, and Safari reloaded it to avoid causing wider problems to your Mac.


This could be a bug with the webpage, a sketchy webpage doing sketchy things, or any number of other issues.


This is unrelated to cookies and cache.


It’s also possible that the Mac itself lacks sufficient memory. (This is available memory, and not storage.)
