How do I recover deleted files from iCloud on my MacBook Air?

I accidentally deleted ALL my files from iCloud. I could only restored a couple of files from Data Recovery at iCloud.com. It seems like every time I open this page, it recognizes new files to recover, but it reaches a limit of 5000. Nevertheless, when I try to recover them, it starts but after a while an error window appears and it’s cancelled. Now I can’t even try to restore any file as it keeps searching files without letting me do anything about it. My guess is that there are SO many files that everything is collapsing. Please if someone could let me know what could I do!!!
