iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18
This may be because you don't have enough storage left on your iPhone. Go to settings > general > iPhone storage. Here you can see the amount storage available on your iPhone. You can free up storage by going through the recommendations tab. If storage isn't an issue, restart your iPhone and make sure you are connected to wifi.
