My sent emails are tagged with the red block symbol on my iPhone Mail app

I’m panicking because I have URGENT emails to send and ALL my sent messages are getting tagged with the red circle as blocked presumably!! I’m not good at sorting these things, can you help please? This issue has only just become apparent, maybe following an Apple update?
