Finding the transpose function in Logic 11.2 for vocal track

Where is the transpose function in logic 11.2. I want to transpose a vocal track up an octave

There are many options. The easiest one can be done by selecting your vocal region(s), then go to the region inspector and set transpose to +12. Press the show flex button to adjust or choose an alternative pitch algorithm.


You could also insert the Pitch Shifter plugin in the channel strip.

I am willing to wager that you have selected a Take Folder and your audio files are within that folder.


In order to see Transpose/Quantize, you are going to have to export the active take to a new track. After that you can select the audio region and you should be good to go if you look within the region inspector.
