How to use split view in Safari for private browsing?

Does anybody know a valid reason why when opening two different Safari’s pages in Split View/Private Browsing 102 blocked connections are blocked and the other Zero?

Safari blocks trackers based on what each site tries to load. If one page includes more third-party content, you’ll see more blocked connections, while the other might have none. It’s not really related to Split View, just Safari’s privacy features doing their thing behind the scenes.
