Screenshot control bar stuck to MacBook Pro display

Thanks for your reply.

What I mean by "control bar for taking screenshot" is the bar that appears when you press Shift+CMD+5.

It gives you Options (where to save the screenshot and timers, etc.) and has the Capture button.

On my old MacBook Pro, I could drag this around wherever I wanted.

On my new MacBook Pro, it is stuck on my laptop's display. I'm unable to drag it to my main, external display.

Hope this helps understanding the issue.
